Company Licence Checker
Our company licence checker helps you to ensure that the operatives you deploy are licensed.
You can create lists of licence numbers that will be routinely checked by our system. You will be able to easily identify suspended and revoked licences in the lists you create. You will also be able to find licences that have expired or are due to expire soon.

Our e-Renewals service allows you to renew licences or apply for additional licences on behalf of your employees.
If a licence holder provides their permission, you can submit a renewal application on their behalf without the need of a signature. Where the licence holder's details are up to date, the whole of the application process can be completed online with no need to print the application form or submit documents.
For each renewal or additional licence application you will need to provide the following information per licence holder:
- Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Licence number
- National Insurance number
- Date of birth
The PIN is printed on the reminder letters that we send out to licence holders four and two months prior to the expiry of their licence. They can also obtain their PIN by calling our contact centre on 0844 892 1025.

Batch Application Tracker
Our batch application tracker enables you to follow the progress of applications submitted through our bulk application service.
With this tool you can confirm that we have received any applications you have sent, as well as tracking the progress of individual applications within each batch.

Our e-Fill service allows applicants to fill in their application form online and then print it themselves or request that we print it and post it to them. If you are a company sponsor you can do this on their behalf.
If an employee has previously applied for a licence you will need their Personal Identification Number (PIN) in order to view their details. They can obtain this by calling our contact centre on 0844 892 1025. If they are a licence holder wishing to renew their licence, their PIN will be printed on the reminder letter that we send out 4 months and two months prior to the expiry of a licence.
